Austen Road

Working with Karen Parry Architects, our client at Austen Road was looking to replace an old weather-beaten conservatory for a modern extension.  A flat roof extension to the rear of the property is home to a large, open plan kitchen dining space, flooded with light via modern roof glazing. Taking advantage of the reorganisation of spaces at ground floor, a utility and ground floor shower room have been added.  Sliding glazed doors connect the extension to a south facing garden.
